What is Energy?
Everything is Energy! Energy is all around us yet some forms are invisible which make them difficult for most to conceptualize. The human eye can only see the seven colors of the visible light spectrum. Ever seen a sphere of light in your camera and think you had a water spot on the lens? Cameras pick up higher frequencies... what do you really think you just captured? Then there are the more simple questions... like how do cell phones work? Microwaves? Why do we eat food? Why do we sleep? Why is organic food healthier than convential food? What does pasteurization really do to our food? All good questions with a very simple answer to all of these... there is a lot more to this world than meets the eye! Again, everything is energy! All we are is stored potential! Spirit in form, form living through spirit. Time to wake up and see the unity of all things. Our thoughts and actions do affect others!

The scientific definition of energy is the ability to do work. Work is the transfer of energy to move an object a certain distance. The rate at which work is done is called power. The ratio of work and time determines the amount of power used.
Don't know about you but the scientific view seems kind of vauge.
